To receive a delivery you must be over 21, a government issued photo ID is required to verify age. If no one is home or no one over 21 is present you may be charged a $20 restocking fee. Delivery minimum purchase is $20 and delivery fee is $5 for local delivery.

Our deliveries are usually dispatched immediately, but if you would like to schedule an order for a future date — just enter the details in the delivery notes section of the checkout and we'll coordinate to deliver.

CANCELING AN ORDER - Orders processed for delivery as soon as they are received. Due to these circumstances, we cannot guarantee the availability of changes or cancellation to any order once it has been placed. Cancelled orders may be subject to a $20 delivery and restocking fee.

RETURNS - Sunfish Cellars cannot accept returns on unused products, but if something is wrong with anything you received please call us immediately at 651-600-5164.

 

* Please note, during extreme heat or extreme cold, we may hold shipments to your area here in our warehouse. If you feel this may be a problem because of a time sensitive package, please email our order department at info@sunfishcellars.com to discuss other options.

 

 

Insurance

Insurance is included to each order placed online. This covers you from any package lost or damaged in transit except for deliveries to a hotel where you are staying. If you wish to waive the insurance, please notify us.

 

Signature Policy

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase wine from sunfishcellars.com. All packages sent out by sunfishcellars.com REQUIRE a signature upon delivery. We will not be able to refund any shipping charges if your package comes back to us because there was no adult to sign for the wine!

 

Returns

Sunfishcellars.com is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! Please let us know if there is any problem with your order. Please note, any problems with the receipt of your package must be called in to us within 30 days of the delivery date! If you suspect the bottle is bad, please just put the cork back in the wine leaving the contents of the wine in the bottle. We can't take back any empty bottles! If you find any errors regarding type of wine and vintage, please email our order department info@sunfishcellars.com right away. Sunfishcellars.com will arrange to have the package picked up and returned to us right away for inspection. Once the package is returned to us, we will inspect the contents and then send out a replacement package to you. For this reason, it is vital that you let us know of any error immediately to ensure the fastest delivery of your new shipment. If you wish to return your wine for any other reason you may do so. Please re-pack the wine and send it to "Sunfish Cellars, Attn: Returns, 803 Sibley Memorial Hwy. Lilydale, MN 55118". Please include a copy of the original sales receipt with the package. Please note: All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Title to, and ownership of, all wine passes from Sunfish Cellars to the purchaser in the State of Minnesota and the purchaser takes all responsibility for the shipping it from Minnesota to his/her home state. By arranging for transportation of the wine, Sunfish Cellars is providing a service to, and acting on behalf of the purchaser. By utilizing this service from Sunfish Cellars, the purchaser is representing that he/she is acting in a fashion compliant with his/her local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation and delivery of wine. The purchaser represents that he/she has obtained any required permission, paid any required fees, is working through properly licensed intermediaries where required, is legally entitled to take possession of wine and is legally entitled to take quantities ordered and once again authorizes that he/she is 21 years of age.
